Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give the office 48 hours’ notice. Payment Policy- Those without insurance- payment due at time of service. Those with insurance- patient portion due at time of service. 

Covid Policy

If you are experiencing any Covid symptoms or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for Covid and it hasn't been ten days since the contact, please reschedule your appointment. Masks are required for all patients upon entry of the building and temperatures will be taken upon arrival for your appointment.
